Mave - Thank you for bringing this to my attention. This is my photo, which I can prove is mine and I'm quite annoyed it has been used without my permission or knowledge. I have had a look at the site you gave me and it looks like this is not the only photograph that this person has taken from me. I have tried looking for an email address to request that my photos are removed but I have not been able to find one. Would you know how to get in touch with this person?
I believe my photographs are protected under British and EU law but I guess I will have to start marking my photos.
