3. No sexual abusive words are allowed here.
4. No fighting place. (Good Debating is welcome)
5. Every blogger can create or start Meaningful Topics, Groups and Events, but some could be moderated.
6. Do not upload heavy file or photo here, image limitation is 250K each.
7. Do not Complain Non-Sense to Admins.
8. Request! Please do not Political Posts or Photos here.
9. Group which doesn't have 10 Members in a month or no active discussions, must be deleted.
10. Do not use others' Intellectual Properties or other blogger name, photos, web address.

My Suggestion:
abusive, obscene, threatening posts should not be here
Discrimination against age, sex, race & skin color, religion should be avoided.

My offer:
if it is not too much, for example, New domain plus Disc space 800 mb, Data transfer allowance 20,000, with 10 My SQL data bases, I can afford. But I dont know how much we require. Maybe much more than that. Anyway, let me know.
